At JDC International, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality products. Our warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

 Covered Under Warranty:

• Defects in manufacturing

• Flaws in materials

• Workmanship issues

Not Covered Under Warranty:

• Improper installation, misuse, or negligence

• Modified or altered products

• Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

• Damage due to lack of maintenance, accidents, or abuse

• Electrical components with broken seals or visible physical damage

• Use in non-standard or high-performance applications unless pre-approved by JDC International

📦 Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team to request a Warranty Claim Form.

  2. Provide your original order number, product photos, and a detailed description of the issue.

  3. If applicable, we may request that the part be returned for inspection.

  4. Once the product is evaluated, a replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion.

Note: Shipping costs for returning defective products are the responsibility of the customer. If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

📝 Important Notes

  • All warranty claims are subject to evaluation by our technical team.

  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Labor costs for installation or removal of parts are not covered under warranty.
