📦 Placing an Order

At JDC International, we strive to make your shopping experience fast, secure, and convenient. Orders can be placed directly through our website at any time. Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

If you need assistance before placing an order, our customer service team is here to serve you and help you choose the right parts—whether it’s for your Volvo or Mack truck, automation/PLC systems, or abrasive needs.

🧾 Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, depending on product availability.

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

  • We offer secure nationwide shipping, with delivery times depending on your location.

  • If any item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you promptly with alternative options.

🔄 Return Requests

We understand that returns may be necessary, and we aim to make the process simple and fair. To request a return:

  1. Contact our team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

  3. All returns must be securely packaged and clearly labeled with the RMA number on the outer shipping box.

  4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  5. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Note: Returns without prior authorization or those that do not meet our return policy conditions will not be accepted.

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed products

  • Damaged items due to improper installation

  • Products missing original packaging or accessories

  • Electrical parts with broken seals

  • Items with a serial number mismatch
